- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional seeking access for legitimate scientific research purposes;
- Any materials you obtain will be used exclusively for in vitro or laboratory research and will NOT be used for human consumption, animal therapeutic use, clinical trials, diagnostic procedures, food processing, cosmetic use, or any other purpose not constituting legitimate scientific research;
- You are at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to request and receive research materials in your jurisdiction;
- You understand that these materials are NOT approved by the FDA for human or animal use and have not undergone clinical evaluation;
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, storage, and use of research materials;
- You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer any materials you obtain to any person who has not agreed to Research Use Only terms.
Violation of this representation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may subject you to legal liability. Zynix Biolab expressly disclaims all responsibility for misuse of any materials obtained in connection with these Terms.
3. Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to submit this form or to join our private research community. By submitting your email, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Nature of This Page
This page collects your email address so we can send you an invitation to our private Telegram research community. It does not process orders or payments directly. Current stock, pricing, Certificates of Analysis, and ordering support are made available inside the private community, and any purchase you make there is subject to the terms communicated at that time.
5. No Medical Advice, No Dosage, or Protocols

Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with this page shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
