1. Information We Collect On This Page
What you submit: the email address you type into the form, and your confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older and understand these materials are supplied for laboratory research only.
Automatically collected: your IP address, browser and device type, and basic interaction data (such as the time you submitted the form), collected through standard web technologies and the tracking pixel described in Section 2. This page does not ask for your name, shipping address, or payment details — that information, if needed, is collected separately once you're inside the private community and place an order.
2. Meta (Facebook) Pixel
This page includes a Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. that loads when you visit the page and fires again if you submit the form. It tells Meta that a visit occurred and, on submission, that a lead was generated. In doing so, it can collect your IP address, browser and device information, and your interaction with this page.
We use this data to measure how our ads perform and to build audiences for future advertising. We don't control what Meta does with this data beyond that; Meta processes it under its own privacy terms, separate from ours.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Send you the invitation to join our private Telegram research community
- Provide support related to your access request and any order you place inside the community
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse of this form
- Measure and improve the performance of this page and our advertising
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Meta: through the tracking pixel described in Section 2
- Infrastructure and email service providers: who help us operate this form and deliver your invitation, bound by confidentiality obligations
- Telegram: once you join the group, your interactions there are governed by Telegram's own privacy policy
- Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
5. No Sale of Personal Data
Zynix Biolab does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We will never sell your data.
6. Data Security
Your email address is transmitted to us over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and stored on infrastructure with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Data Retention
We keep the email address and access confirmation you submit for as long as you remain an active member of our private community, plus a limited period afterward to handle support requests and meet legal or compliance obligations. If you never join the community after submitting the form, we keep your email only as long as reasonably needed to send the invitation and secure our systems against abuse, and we delete or anonymize it sooner on request — see Section 9.
8. Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising in the way CCPA defines "sale")
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

9. Requesting Removal of Your Data
To ask us to delete the email address and confirmation you submitted on this page, email support@zynixbiolab.com with the subject line "Data removal request" and the email address you'd like removed. We will confirm and process your request within 45 days. This does not affect records we're required to keep by law.
10. Children's Privacy
This page is intended for adults 21 years of age or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn we've collected such information, we will delete it.
11. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for this page to function, plus the Meta Pixel cookie described in Section 2. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how this page works.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted to this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
